What this is
Cursed Apple is a Deadlock stats site and a desktop app, made by yoggin. By using either one, you agree to these terms.
Not Valve
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Deadlock, its heroes, its art and its game data belong to Valve. Match stats come from public match data.
What is ours
The Cursed Apple name and logo, our code, and the site and app design we made are ours. Please don't copy, resell or rebrand them. This doesn't cover Valve's material above, or anything you create.
Your account
You sign in through Steam. We never see your Steam password. Keep your Steam account safe, because anything done while signed in counts as you.
Seeds and looks
Seeds are earned by playing and spent on looks. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, traded or refunded for money.
Prices, rewards and looks can change. We can take back seeds that came from a bug, a mistake or cheating.
The app
The app runs on your own computer and reads the game while it runs, without changing it. It is a third-party tool, so we can't promise how Valve treats tools like it. You choose to use it at your own risk.
Your recordings and clips are yours. If you send a clip to Clip of the Week, you let us post it in our Discord. What you share or upload is your responsibility.
Fair use
Don't cheat quests, attack the site, overload it or use it to break the law. We can remove access if you do.
No guarantees
The site and app are free and provided as they are. Stats can be wrong or late, recordings can fail, and any part can change or stop. Back up what matters to you. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site or app after that means you accept it.
